This interview was not intense. It was very friendly and comfortable and a lot of self-reflecting questions. I did not feel high intensity. Make sure to dress professional and not act proper since it fits the position.
The interview process started with meeting with the recuritment team at DCPS. The interview was brief but asked about teaching experience. From there each school had an individual process with pretty straightforward teaching questions.

Fairly easy and quick. Took approximately 2-3 weeks to complete the interview process. May or may not be required to present a demo lesson plan. Be prepared for behavioral questions and research the school(s) you’re interested in working for
The communication was straight forward and it seemed like an easy interview process
