The Interview was scheduled via consultancy, The Interviewer was very impatient, every 10 mins doubted and asked to Look into the camera. No trust was placed in the candidates and their knowledge. Asked to type an answer in chat and then asked why am I seeing down in the screen. Asked who is there on my left side, and why am I looking there, I even volunteered to show around my workspace if there is any issue. I understand with virtual interviews few people take advantage and use unfair means in the interviews, but not placing trust in the candidates who are really honest, Brings out a bad impression about the culture of the company.
