I was contacted by the company the week after I had applied to the position. They sent me an online test to complete. There were simple tasks there. After I had completed the test I was invited for the interview with an HR manager and two technical specialists (Senior and Middle java developers). They were nice and had a good sense of humour. I really enjoyed the interview. And what I liked was that the process was fast.
