I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and then was invited for an in person interview in the store. Both interviews went great but I didn't hear anything for a week or two and emailed and never heard anything back after multiple attempts. Some advice for the hiring manager: if you're going to put people through more than one round of interviews it would be nice to be told even if you didn't get the job. "Ghosting" people does not make your company look good and you can lose a potential future candidate.
