The interview was implemented through skype and they provided lots of overview for the post that I applied too. The Manager was very helpful and friendly, we were having a conversation rather than interview, and both was open to share their thoughts about the post. It was a great experience

The interview process was straightforward and efficient.
The interview was conducted over Zoom. DAI applied a panel interview approach, with decision-makers participating on the call. Follow up communication could have been faster.
