First, I had an initial 20-minuets Skype discussion with general questions about myself and my experience, followed by an interview in DAI office. The atmosphere during the interview was nice and I was asked similar questions as during the Skype discussion. The interview took about 1 hour and then I was given some information on benefits. After there was a short assessment in Word and Excel to test my writing skills. Unfortunately, some information on the conditions and benefits given during the interview by the HR person appeared to be fake!

Pleasant experience, up to date information, overall good process.
The Hiring manager was a really nice person, and the whole process last app one hour. The questions were mainly related to the job position and your experience.

phone interview followed by 1:1 interview by supervisor and panel interview by other project coordinators. writing test and excel budget test. demonstrate ambition, assertiveness, intelligence, organization, attention to detail, willingness to work hard and long hours.
