J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez DAE Advertising (San Francisco, CA) en sept. 2009
Entretien
This interview was originally for a Creative Intern position. I met with the Creative Director. We went over my resume and covered relevant experiences -- mainly my previous Email Marketing-related internship at a start-up web company. Don't try to play the "I'm waiting on other offers so I'd appreciate a quick response" card -- they will definitely call your bluff. There is also a personality test and -- depending on your position -- a Chinese-to-English/English-to-Chinese translation test involved.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The most challenging thing for most candidates will be the translation test (esp for Creative dept positions). Being bilingual/bicultural in Cantonese/Mandarin or deeply knowledgeable about South Asian culture is a huge plus here.
