I attended two interviews: the first was professional and engaging, while the second was a disappointing experience, overshadowed by a patronising tone. Both done online but with partner.It took ages to arrange the second stage interview

Very straightforward - the panel was friendly and the focus was on my experience. I was interviewed by a partner via MS Teams. I had enough time to also ask them questions.
