Phone interview was a typical converaation to go over your resume and asked general questions. Technical interview was more structured where you are being interviewed by 3 groups: product manager, designer, and a dev manager.

The interview process was slow, took a couple months from first screening call to offer. Consisted of a screening call with a recruiter, and interview, and then a presentation with questions for the final interview.
