Submitted resume and got a call back in two day scheduled an interview. At the interview everyone I met had smiles on their faces nice people. However I was caught off guard when I was offered a different position. A new position in there company and they had no idea what that position paid. So while the two of us looked on glass door and found that others in similar job titles, education and experience were low six figures. In our negotiations I agreed to work for the expected pay of superintendent. I felt the interview went well I was told that there were 2 other people to interview but I was most qualified. I then asked about the two jobs that I came to interview for and was told oh we always have openings.... Bottom line I NEED A JOB. It been 5 or 6 days and nothing.

A recruiter made contact & conducted a phone interview with a ZOOM interview as the next step in the process. We reviewed a general background, current employment and my career goals moving forward.
