There's no such thing as hard questions or anything. They will give you a Job when it is needed and manager will be available all time to contact. And there's strict timings and shifts we have to attend. All the working involves cashier, distributing the newly arrived goods to godown.and filling empty products and checking all the labels before selling etc.

Need to post your resume into the box kept outside the d-mart. On having any requirement, the resource person shall call for the interview process. They'll generally ask to tell something about yourself and why do you want to work there. Based on your background and the purpose you want to work there, they'll select you.
