Call with recruiter then connect with team members. Mostly behavioral. Be familiar with sector and ability to speak to ER interest. Relatively straightforward process. MD final round of interviews. Recruiter to associate/analyst to MD.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. I received an email to set up the initial interview. I was asked about my motivation to apply for the role and firm, followed by one industry I'd pick or recommend to invest in. I didn't hear back after the same.
