The company basically has a rudimentary three-stage interview process:
(1) CV presentation & check; (2) "Test" questionnaire (they say optional but don't ask you if you want to take it); (3) Q&A, etc. The interview process is friendly & semi-casual at the surface level, but is actually not thought out, transparent, clearly defined nor honest, and it most definitely doesn't in practice take their applicants seriously whatsoever (in spite of how they posture themselves). For example, during the testing phase, the company HR handler explicitly said they would provide you with the results of how you did the test. When asked on the date they also explicitly noted being the date we'll both get the results and their final decision - they play dumb, try to gaslight you and refuse to give any information about the actual test, the results nor any constructive suggestions and instead insult your intelligence. Absolutely not to be taken seriously as a company, ridiculous.
