Applied for the job through a job portal. I was informed about the interview by phone and email. I was asked to fill up a form asking questions about my qualifications, skills, family background, salary expectations etc., before actually facing the interview.
Brief and fast. The scheduling and pre screening was efficient and quite refreshing. The job role was explained in very transparent and detailed manner. The final interview was on schedule and the questions were very relevant to the role.

Aptitude Exam but it just formality and personal interview is taken in Gujarati language with rough tone and also waiting time is too much and bond of 60,000 thousand for two years.
