Will need a lot of patience, everyone needs to wait an hour or more on breakout rooms, you get an initial interview and then they will give a link of assessment, if thats okay you will get shortlisted to be interviewed by the client, the client gets the pdf of your assessment and personality result

Something good about the company is that the application process is easy and you even get interviewed the same day. The challenge is that I had to wait in the waiting room for 2 hours before getting interviewed.

Entretien
They are very accommodating but you have to wait. They hire everyday and they already have thousands of VA's. I don't know why they still hire just for the VA to be on the waiting list for months.
The online interview was convenient as it was done through an online video conferencing application. The process was fast and the interviewer and other personnel were accommodating. Overall, the process went smooth from start to finish and it was convenient.
