Interviewed on campus with a young sales associate and a senior sales trainer. Both were very friendly and the interview was pretty simple, behavioral-type questions. Then, had a full-day interview at the office in McLean, VA (suburban Washington DC). Met with 4-5 people in various sales roles, as well as had a few shadowing sessions and lunch. Overall, it was very disorganized. DId not stay on schedule at all, candidates were constantly getting shuffled around, etc. One of my interviews was so extremely rude that I couldn't believe she was allowed to interview potential candidates. Completely turned me off to the company. Again, interviews were primarily "get to know you" behavioral type. Not a professional HR department AT ALL. In a "wrap up" session at the end of the interview day, the lead recruiter told me that the feedback was that I was "exactly what they were looking for". She called me several days later (during a time that I had specifically said I was not available). I returned her call, and then sent several follow up emails for A MONTH. Finally, she responded to say that I was not offered the job. Perhaps the most unprofessional hiring team I've ever come across. Not a good experience. Wouldn't have taken the offer even if I received it (low pay, seems like incredibly dull work, 2 year commitment, not a great product, etc etc etc), but still not fun to be strung along, essentially guaranteed an offer, and then ignored for a month.
