J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cvent (Londres, Angleterre) en janv. 2018
Entretien
I had to complete an initial assessment and had an initial phone call with HR. After this I had a second and third phone call with two more people, one in the US, who was twice late for my calls so I ended up taking the call at 8.30 pm UK time (very unprofessional). 3 phone calls later I was invited into the office where I had two face to face interviews and then two video calls with the US. After speaking/meeting 7 times in totalfrom the start I was then told I did not get the job because of my lack of experience in the events industry. This was not a pre requisite for the role (the job spec said it was a plus but not required). It just seems like a waste of time asking me to come in if this was the case from the start. I would advise being more transparent about this on the job advert.

A current employee referred me. The recruiter was very nice but the process took a very long time and I had to reach out to ask for status updates continually. The actual interview was kind of mediocre: meet with a current employee who's supposed to show you the software (mine didn't), meet with 2 hiring managers for 30 minutes, they asked about 3 basic account manager questions, 3rd interview with 2 other sales leaders for 30 minutes, believe they asked 3 questions. The part that seems ineffective is they have you do a sales presentation on a product you're selling currently but then they ding you if it's not related to SaaS or their product. I waited 2 weeks to get word back that I didnt get the job. I also circled back and was supposed to interview with the team that was hired because I was the 2nd choice, the day of the interview the recruiter called me and said they didn't have the headcount actually and wouldn't until June (this was in February). I asked about other positions that were match for my skillset which seemed to confuse the recruiter. I think the process is unorganized and not in aim to create a positive candidate experience. No candidate should have to wait 2 weeks for follow up. Also I had interviews with 6 people - 5 of which were men, all of which were white. The company seems to lack diversity.
4 rounds of zoom interviews, with the first initiated by HR. each interviewer asked varied questions from why did u apply for this job, why do you think u will fit etc also had to prep a business case presentation to pitch products.
