You may get in by referals or through AMCAT.IF u clear Amcat u should clear written test at company which not too tough.Next u will be sent for TR&HR pannel.Get ready with engineering geometry basics.final and important 3 week selection or training or analysis process.If u are with it u will be in as engineer otherwise u know what may happen.
