I did an online application in response to job posting. The Engineering Manager did a phone interview and I was invited in for a face to face with the Manager and the owner of the company. The interview with the manager went well, the owner came in and immediately voiced his concern that he thought I was too old to keep up with the demand of the job and that basically he had enough older people on staff. He was very insulting. I was 58 years old at the time. I filed a complaint with the GA unemployment office. Never got a response.
