I just interviewed over the phone. I was asked to come in for a formal interview at their office, but the pay was too low for me to accept the position. I was contacted later to ask what salary I was looking for and I gave them that information, but have not heard back since then.

Entretien
Pretty straight forward, screening interview, then 1-2 higher level interviews which also consisted of some task based testing to see how you fared in a situation similar to your general work duties.

I had to do a sample call with a customer where I would review an order with them to make sure we addressed all pertinent issues before moving forward to production. the call was meant to judge demeanor with clients, attention to detail, etc.
