1st Initial Interview for the position via Zoom within Indeed.com. Brionna informed me of the job and what to expect working for the company. She also informed me of the challenges that await in this position. 2nd interview to come.

I applied and was soon contacted by someone who works for the company to schedule a video interview with a third party consultant. The only mention was this person was that he was a hiring manager even though he claimed he wasn't. It turns out, this person is a third party consulting company interviewing candidates than passing the notes onto the hiring managers. Very confusing interview process, I thought this person was direct with the company not some third party. Right off the bat, he begins to insult my work history and I really wanted to end the video interview right there. Dealing with the whole interview process was a nightmare and I am no longer interested in the job.
If the COO or someone higher up in the company is reading this, please revamp your interview process as going third party consulting company is a huge mistake. It confuses the interview process and the candidate does not have the opportunity to speak with the direct hiring managers.
