I had a very bad experience with a telephone interview. I was told in the first sentence by the interviewer that that there were stronger candidates for the position. That made me feel right from the outset that the Interviewer was just looking to fill her quota of interviewees and was wasting my time.

I couldn't tell you what the interview process is; I have been scheduled for a few phone interviews, but have been ghosted by each recruiter - no show to the scheduled call, no followup phone call, no email, just poof! Gone. Extremely unprofessional to be subjected to this by multiple C&W recruiters.

Bem fluída com respeito e assertividade foi questionado sobre experiência anterior, foi perguntado sobre formação profissional e sobre perspectivas futuras dentro da empresa, após um longo bate-papo foi pedido para aguardar o retorno e deu certo.
Recruiter/HR from C&W was not welcoming at all and sounded a bit condescending. She put me on a speaker phone the whole time and her connection was really bad. Send her a thank you note and she never responded.
