Met with lead broker who introduced me to his entire team in one day. Took an online assessment and then offered job 2 weeks later. Lead broker met with the entire team discuss if I was the right fit.

2 person interview process. They were able to get the ball rolling fast. Offered me a perminant associate position within 2 weeks. They asked the obvious questions of why Cushman and why real estate in general.

Entretien
pretty straight forward process, they just want to know youre motivated to work on strictly commission. They just want aggressive young "sales" type kids. no real prior experience needed. Would recommend looking as sharp as possible as the way you look is half the interview
