Completed an online application form, a few weeks later i was emailed and invited for an interview. I was interviewed in the London office by three partners. I was then invited back for a second interview with the same team. Three weeks later i was sent an offer by email

Simple and easy to understand . Interviewer friendly and open. No complaints, all round positive experience. Standard questions etc was more enjoyable than most. Relatively laid back, preparation pays off.

Brief chat with senior management. Informal discussion regarding role. It was good to discuss the position infiormally and ask questions regarding how the day to day aspects and long term vision of the role may play out.
