First was a phone call with a recruiter, then they brought me in for an in-person interview. Management was rude, he was on the phone the entire time not paying attention. Turned out it was a ghost job.

Phone interview with recruiter, call with hiring manager, call and portfolio overview with Senior manager. Call back and hire within one month. Pretty easy overall and consistent communication throughout the entire time.

Entretien
Initial phone call, virtual meeting went great. Was asked to meet in person for the final round, went in and sat down with two managers, one of them was on his phone the entire time- absolutely disrespectful. Turns out it was a ghost position. I followed up with everyone thanking them, etc never got a word back. Immediately got ghosted. Wasted my entire time. The same ad from over 5 months ago is still up.
