Interview process was fast and smooth, the recruiter was very responsive and open which made scheduling very easy. The process was 4 rounds. The first being a technical screening with an engineer, this focused on knowledge of programming in Go. The second round was a technical challenge which was a code review style where I was given a code base and talked through what should be changed (and showed how I would make the changes). The next round was system design which was quite standard. I spoke through design principles and did some diagram designs. Final round was a culture chat.

The process was a bit backwards. Applied on their website. Then I exchanged a couple of emails with a recruiter from the company, and we scheduled a technical interview. The interview was a chat with 2 backend engineers. They were generally pretty nice but didn't seem especially knowledgeable or motivated. We discussed my experience, the tech I've used, etc. Then, literally on the same day, I got an email saying they would like to progress me further, and that the next step would be an HR call, which was weird, as that's usually the very first interview in the process. The interview just went through my motivation to join the company and what my general experience was. I was essentially rejected after this interview, which was surprising since I allegedly passed the technical one.
