Applied on the Dixon Carphone website, of which I had to take an online test. A week after I was called by "No Caller ID" and I had to partake on an over the phone interview. Of which I was successful and got called in for a formal interview at the branch. There where 12 of us in total and around 6 managers. We all had to do an Interview and a 'roleplay' session each taking around 15 minutes, which was very informal and relaxed. Roleplay part was simply choosing a product and selling it to the interviewer. The day after the interviews I was offered a job. If you're looking to get a job with them Dress smart! No need to go into it with a full suit. Simply a Formal Dress shirt and trousers with a tie will do. or if you roll up your sleeves don't include a tie. Alongside that insure you have some company knowledge, what they do and a bit of back story on them. Managers from my experience where extremely friendly and polite.
