I was approached by the CEO and VP of sales and they requested an interview. What I appreciated about their approach was that it is low-key, but they had clearly done their homework on my career. They were interested in hiring "people, not positions." This was important to me, and allowed me to more or less define the position myself. The interview process involved several people, but all were positive and supportive. It was a very good experience.
