J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Curriculum Associates (North Billerica, MA)
Entretien
The interview process is quite extensive and most likely worth it in the end. There is an initial phone screen. If the phone screen goes well you are required to take a timed test offered by HackerRank. I don't feel this test was customized enough for the role I applied for. Several of the questions referenced Java and specifics about coding that not all QA Analysts would be familiar with. One of them was so out in left field I just googled for the answer. The test is followed by an interview over Skype. More questions on SQL and coding. If you get past that there are two rounds of interviews with three to four people each. I felt most of them were very knowledgeable and asked the right questions. I will add that there seemed to be a language barrier with one person I met with (seriously?). We're not done yet. Lastly you have to meet the CEO. I understand that this company is rated one of the best places to work but this is just overkill. You would think hiring managers would be empowered to make decisions without input from so many staff members.
