I was interviewed a week after applying for a job. The recruiter asked me questions, but never let me answer in full; instead, they told me their whole life and career story. Interesting approach, to say the least. Said they will come back to me on the next steps in 3-5 working days. I chased via email next week, yet got a reply over a month later. Got rejected even though my past experience is like-for-like with their JD, including the same industry. They have reposted this job at least 4 times in the past month. Suspicious practices and unprofessional behaviour from their side, scared to think of what’s happening in the office.
