one interview with HR and mostly about background information and then a second interview with 3 people including managers and supervisor and mostly technical questions and behavioral questions. Interview lasted about an hour

15 min group interview with four people dressed casual seated around a table. Only one had chemistry experience. Interview quickly turned from chemist to different position. Ensured promotion to chemist in a few months if took lower position as compounder (mostly cleaning floors and parts).
