The questions asked were predominately focused on experience, project & client exposure, educational & professional background and technical ability. The interviewers shown a genuine interest in you as an individual- what’s your drive and aspirations, why Cumming Corp. and the construction consultancy sector, as well as some informal pleasantries. Sincerity was shown throughout the interviews which I felt was not present with previous employers in comparison. The more I spoke to representatives of the company the more I wanted to become part of it.
