One with the main owner operator and then the big guns that runs all of them. That one was more of a formality and you are basically hired when you get to that point

They wanted to know how available I was. Having weekends free and a consistent ride to get to work was extremely important. I got there 30 minutes early and I got a free soda while I waited in the diningroom. Finally the main manager came out and talked with me. I had to fill out one of their job applications, which was good because I did not have a job resume at the time. The manager referenced the application through out the process, and was very concerned with availability of work hours.
