A 30 minute phone call to give general information. A technical test at home which wasn't too bad. F2F interview with 2 lead managers. Overall it was a pleasant experience and the managers I met were very nice. It's a great opportunity in a well funded start up that still needs to find its place but I'm sure it will. Only issue I think regarding the interview was lack of feedback - excuse for rejection was very vague. So I can only guess as to why I didn't progress - my feeling is that they are looking for a strong architect rather than tech lead which is baffling as the hiring manager was a solutions architect and I'd have expected some guidance as he obviously has a design in mind. Anyway - can say anything bad other than that and good luck with the recruitment!
