The entire interview process took about 6 weeks. It included a recruiter call, a longer written assignment, interview with the hiring manager, team interview, a 20min presentation with a hiring panel, and a call with the director. I received positive feedback throughout the process, but a week after I had my presentation interview, the recruiter called me and told me they looked in to headcount and have decided not hire for this role and are officially closing the job posting. This was after I went through a series of 5 interviews and had to prepare a powerpoint presentation on how I would handle my book of business in my first 60,90, and 120 days if I were to be hired for the customer success role at Culture Amp. From other interviewers, it seems this is a pattern for Culture Amp. Very lengthy interview process, presentation that feels somewhat exploitative, and in the end they end up not hiring anyone for the role. The process was very disappointing, not only because I invested a lot of time and effort in to the interview process, but because for a company that provides itself on culture, I wish they had more respect for the time and energy of both their internal hiring panels and candidates. It felt like such a waste of time for everyone involved, since they ended up hiring no one at the end of a 6 week process.
