      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cuelogic Technologies (Pune) en mars 2020

      2 techinical and 1 HR. Bad Experience...Simply WASTAGE OF TIME... Attended 2 interviews Cuelogic. First interviewer was good knowledgeable person, but in Second interview 2 interviewer was there, One dont even able to speak English, dont know who decided him to be an interviewer and second interviewer was manager person, who had asked number of senseless questions(he had literally used to change asked scenarios once answered), then also I answered all questions correctly. And at the end HR said , actually we are looking for other kind of project, not even given proper reason to not to select.

      The interview was for position of Dot Net developer. There were 4 rounds: Round 1: online test with objective type questions. Round 2: Technical Interview - Asked me about my project a lot. All questions were then related to my project from previous company. They want to check how much you have worked in the project which works in your favor cause you have good knowledge of that. Round 3: It was a Managerial Round and all questions were related to that like how would you do estimation in this scenario (gave me a scenario to build a screen). Asked me about my team composition, meaning of career growth for me, what is career goal to me etc. Round 4: HR discussion stage

      All questions were asked with reference to my project I mentioned in CV. They will ask OOPS but will ask how and where did you implement it in your project? Few other questions were: Q: Which file is executed first when someone access application for first time? A: Global.asax file because it has Application_Start() event Q: Difference between Encapsulation and Abstraction Q: If two function has same no of parameters and same data type but different return type. Is it method overloading? A: No

      Entretien

      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cuelogic Technologies (virtually) in March 2020. The Interview Process consisted of 2 rounds within the company and a client round. I was through with the first two rounds but was not able to make it through the client round as the questions were more focused on application debugging. I was not fine with my rejection and bursted out on the recruiter, but the way the HR team handled me is worth mentioning. I have been through a lot of interviews with a lot of companies, but not everywhere we find a good candidate experience throughout the interview process. This is one of the few companies where I felt that the company values people above all.
