I knew the Area Manager, but she did review how I worked and my skills and she then hired me upon merit and also how I got along with the other team member

The interview process was nice and casual. I had the interview over a coffee with the district manager at the time. She was super forthcoming and personable throughout the interview. She clearly outlined expectations and typical store metrics and KPIs. She was also very involved during the onboarding process and was super accommodating in ensuring a smooth process.
