At the very start a Hr round is conducted over the phone.Firstly a quick aptitude test then a face 2 face interview round with general manager..
Then it was followed by f2f with CEO
Who checks if u are fit for the job or not.
Sometimes manager also takes a face to face round.

I was campus placed and the interview was so casual. I felt so relaxed while giving the interview. You have to crack a simple aptitude test though. Then there are just two rounds.
