Entretien
After being called by Ericka Quiroz (Partner to Corina Paraz who is the owner of the company). I was then contacted by Erika's staff due to her leaving my resume and notes from our phone screen around for others to see.
Her staff contacted me while I was still working for my previous employer to express how bad of a company/operation Ctrust Staffing's Sacramento branch is. I was told that Erika has made this a hostile work environment from the way she treats her employees. I called Erika to let her know of this and she reassured me that working for Ctrust was a great opportunity and that the employee that called me was disgruntled.
I ended up meeting with Erika and her husband for an interview at the office and failed to pay attention to the multiple red flags. The interview was in-formal, the office had no customers or candidates present. She did have her kids around the office during this time as well. The interview lasted about 3 hours due to me digging in and asking certain questions.

The interview was based off of former employee failures. I was asked questions about my personal life, up bringing and told not to do with the last staff members have done.
