Wholesome team, the best team of artists you'll probably find. Not only were they extremely kind and understanding, but also great people to look up to, with amazing skills and experience and really passionate about their work. The process, although a bit long, was pretty well communicated and responsive. The dealbreaker is the salary management: - The seniority of the position I applied for was lowered in between emails for some unexplained reason, as they proceeded to make their "first offer". - Their "first offer" was the lowest offer I've ever had, specially for a company of this size. The range that was given to me was well bellow the german minimum wage, and they argued that it was based on my current location (even though I make more at a smaller local studio.) They seemed to be open for negociation but after two generous attempts (me offering them that I'd take a lower than average salary for the position) they changed their mind and decided that they would not be changing their initial range, thus forcing me to decline. Overall, it's an awesome team to join, but the pay and complete lack of flexibility is terrible, and HR will judge you for where you're living, instead of by your skill or experience.
