I applied on-line and was contacted 4 weeks later. The recruiting team was very good and the interview process moves much quicker than most other tech companies. Speediness of feedback was also impressive. There is a recruiter screen, then an interview with the hiring manager. Both are video calls. This is followed by a full loop interview with 5 people (including the hiring manager) that is on-site in their office. The recruiter outlines what to expect during the on-site and how to prepare your answers. The topics to study for the on-site was extensive and required lots of studying and preparation.
