Interviewer talked about the company and the strides that they have taken thus far then asked me about my resume and my related projects. He then sent a coderpad link so we could do some memory related C code

Initial interview with the HR recruiter went fine. The recruiter asked some technical questions as well. But the follow ups we're terrible. The HR did not even reply to my email after the interview.
