J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cruise (San Francisco, CA) en janv. 2018
Entretien
HR first called, then one technical phone interview. They invited me onsite after 1+ month. Onsite interview includes some basic questions. The team has some fantastic member who respected and talked about the position and questions. A few of them were rude and ask a question and didn't care about your answer and didn't even look at you. I enjoyed the environment by the way.

My original recruiter left after I'd interviewed a few rounds and was interested in Cruise - a new recruiter joined who is still learning the ropes and didn't read resume - it took 8-9 misunderstandings before I had to get off the phone to get some time of my life back.- interview was more trouble than its worth unfortunately but really interesting environment, great people and smart place.
The interview process was organized, and the interviewers (all from the team you'll be working with) were friendly and happy to clarify questions. The entire process took about 5 weeks with 2 rounds of phone interviews and one round of on-site.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cruise
Entretien
I was an outbound, the recruiter reached out to see if I was interested in "new opportunities", normal back and forth. Eventually talked to hiring manager, had a great conversation, promised to follow up. Straight up ghosted. Never heard from him, the recruiter, nor the assistant who had been setting up all the calls. Reached out a couple times to all of the above and no one ever responded.
