Online process, unclear . Asks if applicant has been recommended and seeks their names - unnerving.. rest civil service strength and example based assessments. Use STAR method quite easy once practiced. Interviewers seemed unclear on process though

They then asked 2-4 questions based on the scenario

Submission of CV and online basic application/Invited for online interview assessment with materials provided a week beforehand/ scenario given on the day. I hour to prepare a 10 mins presentation which then delivered to panel anf followed on by six competency based questions
