The interview was carried out by two individuals. It stuck to the questions that are pre sent to you. So make sure you go over that in detail. They also asked me something I enjoy to break the ice. Do not forget to go over general strength based questions as they did ask about that at the end too.

CJST, Video interview, Zoom interview.
They send the questions beforehand to allow preparation and tell you which behaviour is being assessed.
The video interview usually assesses one of the behaviours and the zoom interview assesses others.

40 minute interview on zoom with a panel of 4 people, make you feel comfortable and get to speak to someone for 10 minutes before hand to calm nerves. Asked a lot of questions but if you don’t answer what they need from you, they do keep asking questions to try and get you to say what they want.

You are at court and receive a message from Chambers to say that the Barrister due to prosecute one of the trials you are covering has been taken ill and will not be available to attend court.
