Very easy going to start. Management likes to get to know you as a person. Following the first couple of stages, there is a role play with the market manager as well as the sales director.

3 Interviews, firts with hiring manager, second with his boss, the third with HR. The interview with HR was not exectly a pleasure.
As they asked me to fill out an application prior to the offer, and the application asked about previous misdmeanor, I believe I was not considered by HR because I do have a record. The feedback I got from the company is that HR concluded that I was not 100% a hunter, as this was a sales position, the issue is that 95% of my career I spent hutning for new accounts.
