Situational interview; they are looking primarily for a positive, team-oriented personality first and technical ability second as the belief is that skills can be taught and handed down whereas personality cannot. The interview was informal and relaxed and the managers friendly and open to any questions regarding the job duties as well as about the company as a whole.
