HR is friendly, she knows that I am nervous and she tried to ask me to calm down. She gave me chance to interview with Audit leader although my performance through test and phone interview is bad

There was only one interview. It was over zoom and, overall, pretty casual. The discussion was mostly about my personal life and aspirations rather than my academic performance. The interview process was very seamless.

Met a recruiter at a college fair then had an in person interview. Overall very positive experience, I interviewed with a partner so I was intimated at first but they made me feel very comfortable. It felt more like a conversation than an interview.

After applying on the company website, a recruiter reached out to schedule a date and time for the interview. The interview itself was a 30 minute video call with a partner. The offer was sent within two weeks of the interview.
