I was quickly contacted by a recruiter to set up an interview with 2 members of the team. They asked me standard question like why Crowe, why am I leaving and how many service requests I receive on a typical day. They mentioned many other duties that wasn't listed on the job posting, they weren't really personable or friendly, it seemed like straight questions/answers to the point. They didn't give me a time frame of when they'd reach out other than 'maybe in a week or two. It depends'. It's been over two weeks and still no response. I'm not disappointed. The glassdoor reviews mentioned no worklife balance and based on the 'wearing many hats', high call volumes, and work described it sounded to be true and match the reviews if read between the lines.

This has been the longest process I have ever experienced. It took 3 weeks from the initial screening with HR Acquisition team to schedule interview with hiring manager. Still waiting nearly 4 weeks for 3rd round interviews.
