Took two month from hearing from recruiter to first and second round of interviews. Only got to the second round of interviews. Ghosted after that. Prepared extensively for the second round of interviews and was even expecting the whiteboard to be leet code or something to show off my skill set but that's not what they were looking for. I was asked to solved an automation problem they were having in a 60 mins interview and i could only think of a few solutions that they weren't satisfied with. I'm not expecting to hear back from them again because of the current state of the job market but hopefully they find the person they are looking for. GL all!
